Store Policy:

| All purchases are non-refundable. Please SEE and TRY the items inworld BEFORE buying – if a demo is not represented at the event venue, it will be represented at the Mainstore. Always try before you buy.

| Due to a tight schedule and lack of time, we will not be able to do custom work or any custom modifications of previously released items.

| In case of a failed delivery for items with COPY permissions bought inworld, please use the Redelivery Terminal, located at the Mainstore.

| In case of a double purchase of the same item with no transfer permissions, please send a notecard with all transaction details to AnaisTerpellie Resident. The items must be purchased within 30 days.

Gacha policy:

| Yes! We do change a full gacha set of items with transfer permissions into a full gacha set of items with copy permissions. Just send a folder with a full gacha set along with a notecard with your transaction history to AnaisTerpellie to be able to do that.

| Gacha is a game. Sometimes you will win the prize you want, sometimes you will not.

| Please SEE and TRY the items inworld BEFORE buying – if a demo is not represented at the event venue, it will be represented at the Mainstore.

|There is absolutely no refunds under any circumstances.

| Most of our gachas are sold at a lower price during the event.

| We do not sell/give/exchange you any gacha item out of fairness to others who play.

| If you won a specific item and it was not received, please provide a screenshot of the local chat as a proof that you’ve got that item.

| Gacha items come as no copy/transfer. Obviously, you cannot use redelivery terminal for no copy items

| If you accidently break your gacha item, you can send the broken one back to AnaisTerpellie and she will send you a replacement

| We would not change permissions of the item

| No support will be given for items purchased at yard sales

| Rez a mesh item on a prim or SL might refuse to rez it. We are not responsible for item losses due to SL lag

  [ zerkalo ] Customer Loyalty Program Info:

[ zerkalo ] customer loyalty program allows you to get 5% discounts on all your purchases from [ zerkalo ] Mainstore vendors if you are a member of [ zerkalo ] Updates group, 7% discounts are now available to our most loyal customers as store credit based on reward points system.

* Please note – the customer loyalty discounts are currently available only for our regular vendors, not gacha machines

** Please note – the offer is not available for some of those items that are already sold at a reduced price

*** Please note – the offer is not available if you buy an item using a Gift Card
